New Edgebander

Unlikely to set the web alight but it means a lot to us manufacturing geeks! We are very pleased to put into commission our first fully automatic edge banding machine. Enabling us to add edgings of different thickness and style directly to sheet materials, increasing efficiency and allowing some great design touches. Like something from a Wallace and Grommit film, it glues, cuts, trims, polishes the edges in one process.

With our upgrade to new CNC router our manufacturing capabilities are going from strength to strength!
